I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were luxurious with high-end finishes, two beds, great views, and a lovely balcony. The service was top-notch with excellent housekeeping, valet parking, a refreshing welcome drink, and helpful tours/ticket assistance. The location was perfect, nestled in the heart of Tuscany surrounded by lovely gardens. The included dining was delightful, especially the tasty cheese sandwiches. The facilities were outstanding, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay.
